The full-service package we offer our brides is personalized to meet their unique needs and wants. We can provide as little or as much assistance as you would like. We are willing to provide our services for every aspect of the wedding planning process - how much, or how little, is up to you, and the fee is determined accordingly. Here are just a few examples of the many ways in which we can help with your wedding plans: ~Help to narrow down the enormous list of possible reception locations, and find the one that is perfect for the vision you have for your wedding day. ~Accompany you on these site inspections, ensuring that the site meets your specific needs. ~Provide recommendations for tried and true vendors – a list that is tailored to you, and your specific style, taste, and budget concerns. ~Assist you in creating your wedding budget, and helping you stick to it. ~Create a “wedding countdown” checklist, customized to your timeline and needs, so that everyone involved knows when and how things will get accomplished. ~Assist in finding and contracting the many vendors that are needed to make your day a success – photographers, videographers, florists, caterers, musicians, etc ~Act as a liaison between you and your vendors, checking and confirming details, and meeting with them when you are unavailable. ~Suggest creative ways to make your wedding unique, while advising on issues of etiquette and tradition to make your wedding classic. ~Handle the delivery and return of any wedding day rentals, e.g. chair covers, arches, etc. ~Be available to you at all times to answer questions, or talk about any wedding issue. No matter how small the detail, we realize how important it is to you! ~Coordinate the wedding rehearsal - help organize the processional/recessional, ensure readers and musicians know how the event will flow, and make sure everyone knows their job for the big day. ~Negotiate hotel arrangements for you and your guests. ~Assist in planning the honeymoon, the shower, the rehearsal dinner, or any other wedding-related event, if needed. ~Assist in selection of stationary products; invitations, save-the-dates, menu cards, and programs. ~Help keep you sane by handling the stressful issues that can sometimes ruin the wonderful time that your engagement should be. |

Brides who choose our full service package will also enjoy all the wedding day services listed below. ~Coordination of the wedding rehearsal – organization of the processional/recessional, readers and musicians, and ensuring that everyone knows their job for the big day. ~Two planners for the day: one to stay with you, the other to visit the ceremony and reception sites ahead of time while the set-up is taking place. We will be responsible for: ~Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors on the wedding day, ensuring that everything is occurring according to the scheduled timeline. ~Overseeing the set-up and design of ceremony decor & reception decor, including centerpieces, pew bows, arches, etc. . . ~Ensuring the proper placement of placecards, favors, programs, wedding gifts, bubbles, disposable cameras, etc. ~Ensuring there is something available for guests to use as a "mailbox" for their wedding cards, and always keeping an eye on it for security reasons. ~Helping the Bride with her gown - getting in to it, and bustling it when it's time. ~Assisting with corsages, boutonnières, wedding flowers and flower girl baskets - making sure that everyone who is supposed to have flowers gets them. ~Lining up and cueing the wedding party when it's time to walk down the aisle and making sure they walk slowly and smile! ~Preparing you for when it’s time to walk down the aisle, cueing the music and keeping you hidden as to make for a dramatic first appearance. ~Making sure your dress and train are perfect when you make your grand entrance. ~Gathering wedding party and family members for pictures as needed, in order to expedite the formal portraits. ~Making sure that all finishing touches, no matter how small, are complete and exactly as you wanted. ~Be available for any of the "mini-emergencies" that inevitably will occur throughout the day. Whether you need hairspray or stain remover, we will have it with us, and be there to solve the problem. ~Holding your touch-up makeup, extra nylons, and anything else you want to have with you, but can't carry. ~Guiding you throughout your day & keeping things running on schedule. Making sure you get to do all the things you planned to, e.g. Anniversary dances, bouquet presentation. ~Distributing final payments or gratuities to the proper vendors involved on your behalf ~Keeping track of, organizing and then packing everything up for you at the end of the evening, disposable cameras, all your gifts, guest book, toasting glasses, cake top, etc... ~Most importantly, being available to you throughout the day for anything and everything you may need. Thousands of details arise the day of your wedding, and you need to be able to relax and enjoy your wedding day, instead of concerning yourself with whether or not the candles are lit, or if the DJ will get your special introduction right. This is one of the best days of your life, and it will fly by . . . so don't waste a single second worrying about the details - leave that to us! |
Custom packages and hourly consultations can be arranged for brides and grooms who need specific help in areas of their wedding plans, but not a complete planning package. Custom packages can be formed to include planning services for only those issues that you need assistance with. Hourly consultations are helpful if you need help with only a specific aspect of your wedding, e.g. vendor references, etiquette concerns, or budget guidance. |
